Off to a great start

This week is off to a great start. When your Monday starts off with free Panera muffins in the kitchen your week is going to rock. (Thank you unknown Panera angle classmate of mine) Then our first lecturer comes in and comments on our new classroom by calling it a "brand new spanking room." I don't think the word order registered with many classmates, but I tried to picture what a spanking room would be like. Then I topped the night off with a rotisserie chicken and salsa from Costco and an egg drop activity at church (resurrected middle school science project)

The first thing I did this morning was buy the new Jack Johnson album off iTunes. Thanks Jack! I really enjoyed the lecture topics this morning and the winning quote of the day comes from our teacher: "Not to beat the stick with a dead horse..." Yeah, life is good.
